Egg and Spinach Scramble

Another easy egg-based recipe for the whole family.  Scrambled eggs are a great way to add some texture and flavor to your favorite vegetables.  

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup vegetable, chicken, or beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp. minced or fresh garlic
  • 2-4 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a skillet, saute spinach, garlic, and broth over medium heat until spinach begins to wilt. 
  2. In a bowl, scramble eggs, then add to skillet with spinach and stir mixture thoroughly.
  3. Cook until eggs are no longer runny.
