We reserve appointment time specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service.
Late rescheduling
Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will also be charged the full fee for the originally scheduled service.
No-call/no-shows
Missing an appointment without notifying our office will result in the full fee for the scheduled service.
Credit card on file
A valid credit card on file is required to reserve new patient and massage appointments. Other appointment types do not require a credit card on file to reserve, but the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees above still apply to all scheduled appointments. If we have a card on file, it may be charged for an applicable fee under this policy. Payment for completed appointments is due at the time of service.
Advance notice gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient. To cancel or reschedule, please call (440) 624-4214 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
