A DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate may be issued for uo to two years. Certain health findings may require a shorter certification.
Does the DOT physical include a drug test?
No. The urine screening performed during a DOT medical exam checks health markers and is separate from employer or DOT drug testing.
Can you guarantee that I will be cleared?
No. Clearance and certification depend on the examination findings, required standards, and any supporting medical documentation.
What if I arrive without the required form?
Call us before your appointment. Some examinations use standard forms, while sports, school, camp, and work physicals may require paperwork supplied by the requesting organization.
