Upon request, eligible patients with private insurance may receive a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the insurance company and is not guaranteed.

Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible for private self-claim reimbursement through a superbill.

How much is a new patient exam?
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly or schedule online.
Do you accept insurance?
The better question is: Does your insurance accept us? We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance companies on your behalf. Payment is due in full at the time of service. You are welcome to self-submit a claim for reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Government and State supplemented insurance plans like Medicare and Medicaid do not cover our services.
Can you provide a superbill?
Yes. Eligible patients with private insurance may request a superbill for possible out of network reimbursement.
Can I schedule with a massage therapist without being established by a doctor at your clinic?
Yes, absolutely. Our licensed massage therapists are available to anyone that needs an appointment regardless of whether or not they opt to see a chiropractor.
