Ingredients 4 boneless chicken breats1 green pepper (sliced)1 16 oz. jar Picante sauce (or salsa)1 tablespoon mustard Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degreesPlace chicken breasts in casserole dish.Combine Picante (or salsa) sauce and mustard in a small bowl, stir until mixed well.Spread sauce evenly over chicken breasts.Top with green pepper slices.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
