Davis Family Chiropractic has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the amount of your scheduled visit. This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to be treated.
Online Scheduling: All appointments will be asked to hold a credit card on file with us to reserve their spot on the schedule. This held credit card will only be charged in the event of a no call/no show. You must still present payment during time of service for all fulfilled appointments (you do not have to use the card on file).
