Egg and Spinach Scramble
Another easy egg-based recipe for the whole family. Scrambled eggs are a great way to add some texture and flavor to your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup vegetable, chicken, or beef broth
- 1/4 tsp. minced or fresh garlic
- 2-4 Eggs
Cooking Instructions
- In a skillet, saute spinach, garlic, and broth over medium heat until spinach begins to wilt.
- In a bowl, scramble eggs, then add to skillet with spinach and stir mixture thoroughly.
- Cook until eggs are no longer runny.
