What is your billing policy?

Here at Davis Family Chiropractic we try our best to keep prices affordable for the general public. By not housing a billing department in our office, we don’t need to worry about pricing our services to get the maximum percentage of reimbursement. We base our prices on typical out-of-pocket chiropractic care costs for our region. There are many forms of primary and supplemental insurance. Most plans offer some amount of reimbursement for chiropractic office services, but still many do not cover any chiropractic services (primarily Medicare Part B and Medicaid).

Most people will find our quality of services above and beyond typical chiropractic offices. In order to keep our unique value with our patients we choose to not participate within the scope of insurance reimbursement programs. This does not mean that you cannot get reimbursed for your care at our office. It simply means that the burden of handling insurance claims rests solely between the patient and their insurance company. Davis Family Chiropractic (and subsidiary Advanced Healthcare Solutions) will provide individualized claim forms upon request at the time of service. This policy directly excludes those with Medicare and Medicaid. If you are covered under Medicare or Medicaid, please request a waiver form at the start of each year. This form is to ensure you know that Davis Family Chiropractic and subsidiary Advanced Healthcare Solutions will not submit, nor may the patient submit, any reimbursement claims to Medicare or Medicaid.
