Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Supplement Products

  • Unopened Products Only: The supplement product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use or damage.

eGift Cards

  • Non-Refundable: All eGift Card sales are final and non-refundable.

Other Products

Products such as lumbar support belts, braces, ice packs, heel lifts, pillows, and color therapy glasses:

  • May be returned or exchanged if they are opened.
  • Must have original packaging and be in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing davisfamilychiropractic@hotmail.com or calling us at (440) 624-4214. Please include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. Return the Item: You can return the item to us in one of the following ways:

    • By Mail: Ship the product to the address above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplement products.
  • eGift Cards.
