Medical exams are $125.00 which covers the evaluation and any treatments. Additional costs may be incurred for:
- supplements
- durable medical equipment
- third-party billers such as lab testing, pharmacy prescriptions, or medical imaging
We do not bill insurance and insurance coverage does not dictate your level of care at Davis Family Express Clinic.

Do you accept insurance?
No. We will not bill insurance and you do not have to have insurance coverage to receive care. Your insurance may cover additional costs associated with your visit that happen outside of our office such as pharmacy prescriptions, medical imaging and lab tests.
Will I know costs before anything extra is done?
Yes. If any additional services are appropriate, you’ll have an opportunity to decide before proceeding.
